If measuring or distribution stations are already permanently installed at the customer's premises, their radio capability can usually be achieved by installing new radio meters that meet the requirements or by attaching an additional radio module.

Even stations with a shallow installation depth can often be retrofitted - even if the available installation space is exceeded for the time being. In this case, an additional intermediate frame is fitted to create additional space in the cabinet for the radio module. The intermediate frames with a height of 30 mm and 30 mm circumferential frame are available in different sizes, depending on the installed enclosure size. Two versions are available - for insert doors and frameless doors. Advantages of the intermediate frame for wireless suitability

• built-in station does not need to be changed
• very quick conversion of measuring and distribution stations to wireless possible
• can be used at any time and is reversible

The intermediate frame and the new, radio-compatible cover are supplied together. Larger distribution cabinets can also be supplied ex works with radio capability or can usually be retrofitted accordingly. (on request)
