To see a future that is better, that changes people and the region for the better, without forgetting where you come from.
My wife and I moved here to the heart of the Ore Mountains in 2008 to get a little closer to these goals.
Today, we are giving another 40 people the prospect of staying here. Since then, the number of jobs has risen from 35 to almost 75. Millions of euros have been invested in the site and further training.
But we want more!
Not just numbers, but changing perspectives. Our focus is on how! Step by step, we have changed the conditions of how and what work is done, what the workplaces look like and how we interact with each other, without forgetting that not everything that has gone before needs to be changed.
Bringing a piece of heaven to earth sounds like the impossible, but as Christians we know that with God nothing is impossible and we can expect much more than we can imagine!
