Your area of responsibility:
- Deputising for the production manager
- Organisation and monitoring of production processes, employee management, customer advice
- Ensuring the quality standard
- Operating, setting and monitoring the production facilities
- Managing and motivating staff, organising and monitoring work processes
- Ensuring production in terms of quantity, deadlines and quality
- Continuous process improvement in material and resource planning
- Checking and adhering to the specified quality standards
- Shift and daily planning of production capacities
- Support in production in the event of staff shortages and/or absences
- Support in the development of new products
- Support in the maintenance/repair/new acquisition of machines or the necessary planning for this
Your profile:
- Manual dexterity, dexterity
- Willingness to work shifts
- Technical interest and enjoy working in a team
- Several years of professional experience in the production environment of an industrial company is an advantage
