The use of fireclay inserts enables optimum heat storage and therefore a constant and long-lasting grill heat. This is particularly important for indirect grilling. Even cosy barbecues in winter are no longer a problem.
The basic model of the universal barbecue station is equipped with fireclay inserts, vibrating rod, an ash box, a large rectangular barbecue attachment with stainless steel grill grate (450 x 450 mm), a lid, thermometer and ventilation control. The height of the grilling station is 910 mm.
The barbecue station is completed with a removable shelf and a weather protection cover.
